The bed felt harder than a bacta tank lid, not ideal for a good night's sleep. My allergic reaction to feather pillows wasn't managed properly, leading to congestion through the stay. Breakfast options seemed limited, especially for the price. the $15 breakfast sandwich tasted like it just came out of a microwave. Also, shower pressure resembled a gentle rain rather than a proper spray. a handheld fixture might be a better choice. Plus, the extra charges for parking feel a bit unnecessary given the suburban setting.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location.

The hotel offered a clean and quiet stay with friendly staff. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of a decent onsite restaurant or cooked breakfast options was disappointing. Some minor maintenance issues, like stains and dirty fixtures, could use attention, but overall it was a pleasant visit.

The staff was really friendly, made me feel like I mattered, which is rare these days. The breakfast was decent too, scrambled eggs and waffles, but I wouldn’t call it gourmet.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends here! It’s super close to Gillette Stadium and the Xfinity Center, which made catching a football game and a concert very easy. The location is perfect, just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The hotel was comfortable, and we enjoyed our time hanging out together in the common areas. I’d definitely recommend this spot for group getaways!

We did have a bit of noise from the elevator machinery in our room, which was kind of distracting at times. Just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.
